Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy before you buy.

Returns You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and parts.

To start a return, email us with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds If we approve the return, we refund the product price to the original payment method after we confirm the item. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or wrong item Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you.

Items we cannot accept

•  Opened cosmetics, lip products, or personal-care items (hygiene)

•  Used or damaged items (unless damaged on arrival)

•  Items missing parts or original packaging

How long refunds take After we approve, refunds usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
