Return & Exchange Policy

At TheNovaGadget™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are handled similarly, with the customer covering any shipping costs.
